Pricing Questions Answered
How are "hours" counted?
Hours are counted as the total duration of active interpretation in meetings. A 1-hour meeting with 10 participants counts as 1 hour, not 10. Unused hours do not roll over between months.
Can I change plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — all paid plans include a 14-day free trial with full feature access. No credit card required. Your first meeting is always free, regardless of plan.
What counts as a "language pair"?
A language pair is a bidirectional connection between two languages (e.g. Hindi↔Tamil). The Starter plan includes 4 pairs. Growth and Enterprise include all 12 languages and every combination between them.
Do you offer discounts for NGOs or education?
Yes — registered NGOs, educational institutions, and government bodies qualify for 30% off all plans. Contact our sales team with your registration documents.
What happens if I exceed my monthly hours?
You'll receive an email alert at 80% usage. Overages are billed at ₹6999/hour on Starter and ₹6499/hour on Growth. Enterprise plans include unlimited hours.
Can I use KOEGO with my own video platform?
Yes — the Growth and Enterprise plans include REST API access for integration with proprietary video platforms. See our integrations page for documentation.
Is the data used to train your AI models?
No. Your meeting audio and transcripts are never used to train or improve our models without explicit written consent. This is a contractual commitment across all plans.
