1. Acceptance

By accessing or using KOEGO services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

KOEGO provides AI-powered real-time voice interpretation for Indian languages delivered as a SaaS platform integrated with video conferencing tools.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use KOEGO for any unlawful purpose, to transmit any harmful or offensive content, to reverse-engineer our systems, or to attempt to access data of other customers.

4. Intellectual Property

KOEGO and all associated technology, models, and interfaces are the intellectual property of Inclotech Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. You retain ownership of your meeting content.

5. Service Level

We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated 48 hours in advance. Credits apply for downtime below the SLA threshold.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
